A dream comes true

In the 60s, before construction of Rio-Santos highway, the Architect Eumenes Teixeira de Oliveira Filho visited Paraty for the first time and had one of those youth dreams.

He wanted to build a colonial style cottage, leaving his contribution to the city.

And so were born the chalets.
